Works well whether you mull your own wine or buy pre-bottled. Generally tastes better if you do it yourself though! Either way, it goes really well with mince pies

Ingredients
- Monin Sugar Syrup
- Mulled Red Wine
Method
- Mix 2 tablespoons sugar syrup with a bottle of mulled red wine
- Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze until mushy (about consistency of a slush puppy)
- Mash with a fork to break up the ice crystals
- Freeze until firm
- Serve in scoops and decorate with orange and lemon zest
